Chicken wings have become a favorite meal, appetizer, or snack. They’re great for any occasion. Thes crunchy lime ginger wings have a little heat and a little sweet. You can use drums or flats for this recipe (or both). When you want more meat, drums are the way to go.
If your wings do not come ready-to-fry, you can separate them really easily. If you put the chicken wing on your cutting board, cut between the drum and wing portion, across the ridge. Next, remove the tips. These aren’t worth deep frying but you can keep them frozen for stock.
