Pat your chicken wings dry using paper towels.
Toss them with the seasoned flour mix, making sure they’re coated evenly.
Note: reserve some of the spice blend for sprinkling when they come out of the fryer.
Deep fry at 375 Degrees F for about 15 minutes.
They should be golden brown with an internal temperature of 165 Degrees F.
Serve with slices of lime and the sauce of your choosing.
