Honey Butter Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- 5 carrots, peeled & cut into large pieces
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- Kosher salt & freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Boil carrots in water with 2 tsp kosher salt.
- Cook until the carrots are completely tender.
- Drain the water and return carrots to pot.
- Add the butter and honey, and stir to coat.
- Season with kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper to taste.
Notes
These carrots taste great reheated, and serve as a simple and amazing side whenever you are looking for something quick, delicious, and easy.
