Cheese-stuffed mushrooms are the perfect appetizer for any party or holiday!

Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms


  • 18 - 24 large mushroom caps
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • One quarter cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded


  • Combine all ingredients, except mozzarella cheese, and mix well
  • Fill each mushroom cap with an equal amount of the mixture
  • Place mushrooms on a baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  • Return to the oven long enough for cheese to melt
  • Serve warm
