Creamy Dipping Sauce, for Raw Vegetables or Chips

This dip recipe includes cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise, plus a heavy dose of aromatics and fresh green herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 6 green onions, (finely sliced)
  • ½ cup fresh dill, (finely chopped)
  • 3 Tbsp fresh parsley, (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients together using a rubber spatula until fully incorporated.
  • If you prefer a less-chunky and smooth dip, you can blend using a food processor.
  • Taste and adjust for salt, pepper, and lemon.
  • Serve with chips or raw vegetables.

Notes

This dip will stay good in your fridge for up to a week, and can be made in advance. It’s perfect for an easy side to bring to a party with a bag of tortilla chips, potato chips, or a small tray of chopped raw vegetables.
