Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese, (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 6 green onions, (finely sliced)
- ½ cup fresh dill, (finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsp fresh parsley, (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp freshly-ground black pepper
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of ½ lemon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together using a rubber spatula until fully incorporated.
- If you prefer a less-chunky and smooth dip, you can blend using a food processor.
- Taste and adjust for salt, pepper, and lemon.
- Serve with chips or raw vegetables.
Notes
This dip will stay good in your fridge for up to a week, and can be made in advance. It’s perfect for an easy side to bring to a party with a bag of tortilla chips, potato chips, or a small tray of chopped raw vegetables.
