Switch up your classic chicken dinner with yummy garlic and parmesan.


  • 6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • One half cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Two thirds cup parmesan cheese
  • One third cup fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Melt butter with garlic in a saucepan
  • Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper
  • Dip chicken breasts in butter and then coat in bread crumb mixture
  • Place in 13 x 9 baking dish and bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes
