Switch up your classic chicken dinner with yummy garlic and parmesan.

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- One half cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Two thirds cup parmesan cheese
- One third cup fresh chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter with garlic in a saucepan
- Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper
- Dip chicken breasts in butter and then coat in bread crumb mixture
- Place in 13 x 9 baking dish and bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes

We usually don’t substitute for butter but do so if you must
