1 package puff pastry, defrosted (17 oz)
¾ pound pulled pork (purchased or homemade)
¾ cup smoky barbecue sauce
1 ¼cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 egg, beaten
Ingredients for Mustard Sauce
½ cup heavy cream
2 Tbs whole grain mustard
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the pulled pork, sauce, and cheese together until thoroughly integrated.
Place the pork in the middle of the pastry squares.
Brush the edges of each square with egg, then fold over to seal each.
Brush the top of the pastry with the remaining egg.
Bake 16 minutes (golden brown).
Slice in 1” pieces with mustard sauce

Warm the heavy cream and mustard together.
Once hot, add the spices
If you want your sauce less thick, add a little water at a time until you are happy with the consistency.
