Campari Radler

I spend a good part of my twenties working nights at a seedy, beer-oriented bar. For a period of time, this drink was a favorite for many of the employees there. Mix a nice cold Radler beer with 2oz of Campari and you have yourself a Campari Radler. It is easy, quick, and delicious.
The recipe below makes 1 cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Radler beer (Stiegl Radler is hands-down the best radler I’ve ever tried from a can)
  • 2 oz Campari, chilled
  • 1 slice of fresh orange, cut in half, as garnish
  • 1 Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour radler into a tall cold glass.
  • Top with chilled Campari.
  • Garnish with sliced orange and Maraschino cherry.
  • Enjoy cold.
