Butterscotch Oatmeal Squares
Ingredients

cup
all-purpose flour
2
cups
cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
1
cup
quick cooking oats
Two thirds cup brown sugar
Two thirds cup granulated sugar
2
tsp.
baking powder
3
eggs
One quarter cup oil
2
tsp.
vanilla
Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Beat eggs and add vegetable oil and vanilla.
Add egg mixture to dry mixture and mix well.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean when stuck in the middle of batter.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
You can also substitute an equal measure of apple sauce for the oil.
