Do you love tuna? How about melty cheese? A traditional tuna melt mixes these two things together. You’ll make your tuna salad from scratch, meaning you can use it as is on sandwiches or crackers too.
If you decide you’d like a little more on your tuna melt than just cheese, consider bacon, onions, and thinly sliced tomato. You can also swap out the cheddar cheese for provolone, Havarti, fontina, swiss, or muenster.

Tip about Tuna: Use solid tuna canned in olive oil for the best flavor.
