Ingredients
-3 bananas
-1/2 cup of peanut butter
-1/2 cup of dark chocolate/chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Peel and slice bananas into rounds.
2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Spread a bit of peanut butter on half of the banana slices. Take the remaining half of bananas and create sandwiches of banana, peanut butter layer, banana.
4. Freeze peanut butter bananas for about 45 minutes.
5. Melt your chocolate in the microwave or a double broiler.
6. Remove bananas from the freezer and dip each frozen banana bite in the chocolate.
7. Place banana bites back on the baking sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes.
8. Store banana bites in the freezer.
