Ingredients
-2 mangos, diced into bite-sized pieces
-1/2 cup chopped red onion
-1 red bell pepper, chopped
-1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced (use seeds for a spicier salsa)
-Juice of 2 limes
– 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro leaves (optional).
-1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
-Salt to taste.
