Ingredients
1packageGround meat of choicechicken, turkey, or bee
1/2packageof taco seasoning
romaine or iceberg lettuce, choppedenough to fill each person's bowl
2cupsof chopped cherry tomatoes
1cupof shredded cheddar cheese
1-2avocadosor guacamole
1chopped bell pepper
1chopped small white onion
1canblack beansrinsed
1canof sweet cornrinsed
sour creamfor topping
salsafor topping
Instructions
Cook your ground meat, with taco seasoning, until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook your chopped bell pepper and white onion in oil until tender.
Assemble your taco bowl, with the lettuce as the base. Add in all of the ingredients and mix well. Top your salad with sour cream and salsa.
